Francueil:  is a pretty village just across the vineyard from Vrigny, with excellent village shop (butcher, baker and greengrocer all in one), bar (where they do bistrot style lunch / dinner) and vineyard walks.  The old bakery is situated right by the church in the village square.  The ground floor has an entrance hall with cloakroom, a large dining / living room with french window to the patio overlooking the village square;  patio furniture including table and chairs;  a large well-fitted kitchen;  bikes inside the back door.  There are two bedrooms both with en suite - each with a fireplace and corner 'salon';  one double and one with folding single bed in addition.  As usual we shall ensure there is baby equipment in the cottage. 

	The Old Bakehouse - this picture taken early April shows the new windows and the patio in front;  there is still a small wall to be built allowing privacy while sitting on the sunny patio.  We shall of course be furnishing the patio with table, chairs and parasol as well as plants. Parking will be by the front door;  the bushes are next door, at present overgrown but the neighbour who is away a lot has agreed for us to tidy this area. There is also loads of parking in the church place and by the shop. The entrance hall also has a cloakroom / utility room
Here is the dining area of the salon;  taken from the kitchen (below) (tiling to be completed this week).  We have an electric hob, double oven, dish washer, washer-drier (separate) fridge and freezer.	To the left - windowed sitting area with three piece suite;  TV / DVD (bring your own DVDs)
	This is bedroom one, facing south / east.  This bedroom has its bathroom next door. Both bedrooms have a beautiful old chimney piece which can be used this autumn / winter
Bedroom two - this room also has a lovely big chimney piece for an open log fire.  it also has a very lovely corner shower room
